Section guide: [ The Power of Prayer ] [ God's Promises ] [ Virtual Bumper Sticker ] [ Labyrinths ] [ Visions ] Labyrinths A labyrinth is not to be confused with a maze. You can't get lost in a labyrinth. It has only one path which takes you both in and out. Anyone can benefit from following the sacred and archetypal space of the labyrinth.
I have walked several labyrinths, including one set outdoors in the Hill Country of Texas, delineated with white stones from the river; and the one at the church of the Transfiguration in Dallas, Texas, made of beautiful terrazzo marble. The ancient practice of walking the labyrinth has been re-revealed to our time as a way of finding God, finding answers, finding release. We find them within ourselves. How to walk the sacred pathThe inward walk clears the mind and heart Pause at the center; unite with God and receive His love and wisdom Bring inspiration to the world as you walk back out
